Shipping policy
We sell original artwork/canvas as described in each product listing. Colors may vary slightly due to the differences in screen displays. All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed and delivered on weekdays (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until the following Monday.
The Seller is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, provided that, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day after the Customer placed the order, unless the Seller notifies the Customer within the same period of the subsequent unavailability, even temporary, of the ordered products.
We are not obliged to find the correct address for the delivery. If we were not provided with the correct address, and there are multiple residents on that address, we will use reasonable endeavours to deliver, but cannot guarantee the delivery of the products to the correct recipient. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the products are delivered within the estimated timeframe but shall not have any liability towards you if the products are delivered later.
Non-Deliverable Items: If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, the products will be destroyed without refund or replacement.
Order cancellation & Return policy
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once sent to production, including changes to shipping addresses. See our contact page for assistance.
Production Timeline: Average production time for orders within EU is 2 days
Delivery Timeline: Orders arrive on average 3-5 weekdays after shipment, but delivery times may vary based on the destination.
No Returns Policy: All products are made to order and cannot be returned once produced.
Damaged or faulty items
Any item that doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, either from a flaw in printing or physical damage, will be replaced immediately at no cost or hassle to you. There are NO restocking or return shipping fees to replace your prints due to our error. We will never require you to mail your order back to us for returns or exchanges.
If there are defects discovered, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products or lack of quality of the delivered product, you should provide us with photographic or other documentary evidence of the existence of a defective product. If we have not received from you a complaint in writing within 48 hours of delivery, we shall have no liability for any defect.
